RxH x DP Kaiser Head."Aqua Seal" Multiple color sprays over a milky white vinyl base. This has a ice flake used as a base coat to give an extra special effect in the direct light. My own mix of "Glow" treatment was added on these as well. Clear Coat for a smooth finish.
